The QPF4219 FEM features a 2.4 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch, low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and voltage power detector. The device optimises the PA for a 5V supply voltage by conserving power consumption while maintaining high linear output power and throughput. The QPF4219 maximizes receive (Rx) sensitivity with a 1.9 dB noise figure performance that is consistent over a variety of conditions. It integrates die-level filtering for second and third harmonics and 5 GHz rejection for dual-band dual-concurrent (DBDC) operation.
