Maxim focuses on wearable healthcare, IoT and security at embedded world 2019
Maxim will use embedded world 2019 to showcase the company’s analogue technology for wearable healthcare, internet of things (IoT) and security applications.

The company will be present at the booths of two of its distribution partners, EBV and Avnet Silica, and will have experts available on the stands to discuss the its products.

On EBV’s booth, Maxim will show wearable healthcare solutions, including the Health Sensor Platform 2.0 and MAX-HEALTH-BAND. It will also feature products for IoT applications, such as the lowest power GPS solution on the market featuring the MAX2769C universal GNSS receiver and new products such as the Arm Cortex-M4 based MCU with Bluetooth 5, a nanoPower buck converter, analog building blocks and an RF transmitter. Finally, Maxim will feature security demonstrations, including securely enabled MQTT cloud connectivity with the MAXQ1062 DeepCover cryptographic controller for embedded devices, along with ChipDNA-based authentication ICs, embedded security within the DARWIN microcontroller family and secure microcontrollers for mobile POS systems.

Visitors can register at for a free MAX32660-EVSYS board while supplies last. On the stand, visitors have a chance to win either a MAX17222EVKIT or MikroElektronika Thermo 6 click featuring the MAX31875 temperature sensor while supplies last.

On Avnet Silica’s booth Maxim will demonstrate sensors and analog solutions, including the company’s IO-Link technology, nanoPower ICs and Go-IO industrial internet of things (IIoT) reference design; power solutions, including the MAX17260 1-cell fuel gauge with ModelGauge m5 EZ and Himalaya uSLIC evaluation kits; and secure solutions with Maxim’s secure authentication for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
