RX24T and RX24U MCU ranges expanded to include high-temperature-tolerant variants
Renesas has added high-temperature-tolerant models for motor-control applications to its RX24T and RX24U ranges of 32-bit MCUs.
The expanded temperature RX24T G Version and RX24U G Version have a −40°C to +105°C operating temperature while featuring the high speed, high functionality, and energy efficiency of the RX24T and RX24U MCUs.
Software for the devices can be developed using the RX24T and RX24U CPU cards combined with the 24 V Motor Control Evaluation Kit.
