In the UK, Mouser opened its new office space in early September. The office is based in High Wycombe. The new location triples the available floor space compared to its previous office space. A new Service Excellence Training Centre has been incorporated into the expansion space.
“We have created a vastly improved working environment for our UK-based staff and also for our customers when we can safely welcome them back,” said Graham Munson, Vice President of EMEA Customer Service at Mouser Electronics. “While designing the new office space we have placed a great emphasis on creating a friendly, modern working environment. We strongly believe that when our team is happy, it will be reflected in an excellent service-oriented experience provided to our customers.”
Meanwhile, in Scandanavia, Mouser’s Swedish office was relocated from Stockholm to the coastal city of Malmö in November. The new location also offers the advantage of being near the Danish capital city of Copenhagen, which will allow Mouser to provide better coverage for the entire region.
“Being only 10 minutes’ walk from the Malmö train station, we have invested in a state-of-the-art facility, and we are now looking to hire new service team members to further support our Nordic and Baltic customer base,” said Munson.
Despite the challenges brought on by the global pandemic of 2020, Mouser has placed a continued emphasis on providing excellent customer service and technical support. Mouser has a total of 27 customer support locations across Europe, the Americas and the Asia/Pacific region to provide specialized customer support in the customer’s language. In an approach it calls “glocal,” Mouser delivers localized services globally. Service and technical support is offered via phone, email, and live web chat.
