DIN-rail embedded box PC for intelligent manufacturing
The latest member of the company’s ARK-1000 series, the ARK-1220 is powered by Intel Atom E3940 Quad Core processors at up to 1.8 GHz with turbo burst on.
The PC is designed to be easily accessible with front I/O ports on a single bezel. It has dual channel memory sockets to support up to 8GB DDR3L 1866 MHz SO-DIMMs. The ARK-1220 can operate in temperatures from -30 to 70°C with 0.7 m/s air flow and it features a wide power input of 12V – 28V DC. I/O ports include 4x USB 3.0, 2x LAN, and 2x COM ports on the front panel.
ARK-1220 can support dual 4K UHD independent displays with a resolution of up to 3840 x 2160 pixels at 30 Hz. The Gen9 graphics engine runs on low power while enhancing media processing capability with video encoding and playback performance.
The ARK-1220 is pre-loaded with Advantech’s IoT device management App WISE-PaaS/DeviceOn. The App includes hardware security certification and parameter settings to simplify deployment and management. WISE-PaaS/DeviceOn uses zero–touch technology connection for software and hardware integration allowing over-the-air (OTA) updates. Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 helps secure the PC along with BitLocker under Windows 10 IoT. McAfee and Acronis are also integrated into WISE-PaaS/DeviceOn.
