Security is a serious business. Most of us think we are in the clear when we apply to the rules, use proper AES encryption and make sure we implement that over the whole line of electronics. Some people don't stick to the rule. They use a side-channel attack to get into the processor and open up the keys by-passing standard security implementations. This is where NewAE comes in. Colin O'Flynn runs this small company and his product allows you to check your implementation or processor on these side channel attacks. We met up with Colin and discussed his latest products.
